📦 Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)
All of our physical products (t-shirts, hoodies, sneakers, backpacks, and more) are printed and shipped on demand through Printify, directly to your address.
⏱️ Production and Shipping Times
Every order goes through production before it ships:
- Production: 2–7 business days
Shipping within the U.S.: 3–5 business days
- International shipping: 10–20 business days
- The total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 5–14 business days for the U.S. and 2–4 weeks for international orders.
💰 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees depending on your country's laws. NahCab Studio is not responsible for these additional charges.
📧 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
⚠️ Delays and Exceptional Situations
NahCab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by situations outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs holds.
🎨 Creative and Digital Services
All creative services (design, branding, marketing) are delivered entirely digitally by email. Physical shipping does not apply. Delivery times vary by service and are specified on each service's page.
