Refund and Returns Policy

Made-to-order physical products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, or change of mind, since each piece is made to order specifically for you. We do handle cases of damaged items, manufacturing defects, printing errors, or incorrect products: contact us within 30 days of delivery at nahcabstudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will offer a reprint or a refund depending on the case. Before purchasing, we recommend carefully reviewing the size guide, color, and your shipping address.

Digital products and Business Resources

Since these are digital downloads, no physical item is shipped, and no returns or refunds are accepted once the file or link has been delivered. We do review cases of duplicate purchases, defective files, broken links, or products that substantially do not match their description. Contact us at nahcabstudio@gmail.com if you have access issues.

Gift cards

Gift cards are digital; no physical card is shipped, and they are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Requests regarding unused balances are evaluated individually; if a refund is approved for a purchased gift card, the corresponding code will be deactivated.

Creative services

Design and creative service projects are governed by the proposal, approved scope, invoice, and corresponding service agreement. Terms for deposits, cancellations, payments, and deliverables are provided before each project begins.
