Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at naho.cabrera93@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered production yet.
